From the Chairman:

At this time we elect officers and trustees for the community. Reports are presented on progress through the year and where monies are being spent.

We welcome new trustees and volunteers, we need new ideas, new blood, new enthusiasm as we look towards the future.

There are so many ways in which you can help; if you don’t have time to join the committee perhaps you could spare a few hours to help set the village hall up for a dance or other entertainment, help out at an event or just bring us your ideas of what the village needs and how we can raise  funds whilst providing a bit of fun for the residents of this wonderful community.

Did you enjoy the Village Show? Perhaps next year you could spare an hour or two to help set up, clear up or take a turn on one of the stalls.

Please come along to the meeting, bring your ideas and help us to help your village.

If you have any questions or ideas please email community.council@cockfield.org.uk

Many thanks

Rod Williams
