Suffolk Village of the Year 2023

2015 High Sheriff’s Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2015 High Sheriff’s Awards. In partnership with Suffolk Community Foundation, the High Sheriff of Suffolk Nick Wingfield Digby has launched these prestigious awards, now in their 7th year,  to showcase and recognise the vibrant volunteering culture that is alive in Suffolk and celebrate the unsung heroes that are making this lovely county of ours a safer, better place for us all to live in.

There are 6 categories, including a brand new one:  Suffolk Corporate Community Partnership Award where charities are encouraged to nominate a business for special recognition of their support, passion and commitment to the charity.

Nominations need to be in by 26th January.  The Awards will be presented by the High Sheriff and co-hosted by BBC Radio Suffolk’s Lesley Dolphin and Suffolk Community Foundation’s Development Director Tim Holder on 19th March.

There are also grants up to £1,500 available from The High Sheriff’s Fund with a closing deadline of 15th December.
