The Annual Parish Meeting will be held in the main hall, Cockfield Village Hall and will be subject to Covid restrictions, including but not limited to:

  1. Maximum attendance of 30 (including County & District Cllrs, Parish Cllrs and Representatives of Village Groups,
  2. Social distancing,
  3. One way system of access and egress,
  4. Wearing of face masks at all times, unless exemption applies
  5. Use of hand sanitisers (provided by Village Hall)
  6. Attendees to remain seated during meeting

7.30pm on Thursday 20h May 2021 to be held at the Village Hall (main hall area)

1. Welcome and introduction by the Chairman of Cockfield Parish Council.

7. Parish Council Report – Cllr Derek Southgate, Chairman.

9. Village Organisations and Activities:
A key opportunity for the various organisations and groups which serve the community, and others who represent the village, to provide brief reports on their activities in the last 12 months and their future plans:
