The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 25h May 2023 in the Village Hall (main hall area) and is an opportunity for everyone to hear what has been going on in Cockfield throughout 2022-23.

This is the Annual Meeting of the Parish of Cockfield and not a Parish Council Meeting but will be chaired by the Chair of the Parish Council.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

Presentations will be given by various Groups and Organisations which serve the community, and others who represent the village, to provide brief reports on their activities in the last 12 months and their future plans, including:

Suffolk County Councillor’s Report – Derek Southgate on behalf of SC Cllr Robert Lindsay.
District Councillor’s Report – Cllr Paul Clover on behalf of Cllr Margaret Maybury.
Cockfield Parish Council Report – Cllr Derek Southgate (Chairman of the PC 2022-23).
Suffolk Constabulary CEO (Sudbury and Haverhill) – PC Darren Marshall
Cockfield Community Council – Julie Goodsman (Chair of CCC)
Village Hall Management Committee – Janne Cutting-Keyton (Chair of the VHMC)
Community Broadcasts/Village Website – Neil Ashton (Webmaster)
