You are hereby summoned to the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council which will be held in the Village Hall on Thursday 28 March 2019 at 7.00pm (Part 1 – Planning) and 7.30pm (Part 2) for the purpose of transacting the business below.

Members of the public:

Members of the public are welcome to attend and may address the Council, during the Public Participation Session, Item 4 on the agenda.

Reporting on Meetings

Except where members of the public have been excluded due to the confidential nature of the business, any person may film, photograph, audio record or use social media to report on meetings of the Council, including any public comment and/or questions. Would any person intending to report please give notice before the start of the meeting to the Clerk or Chairman of the Council to enable reasonable facilities to be afforded.

DC/19/00296 – Full Planning Application – Change of use of agricultural building to 1no. dwelling. Little Close, Old Hall Lane, Cockfield, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP30 0LQ. Planning Permission has been Granted. (subject to a number of Conditions).

DC/19/00940 – Non-Material Amendment to B/17/00379 – Changes to external finishes and amendment to ground levels. Bedroom 4 addition of escape window and amendment to design of ensuite window. 2.3 To approve the minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held on 28 February 2019.

2.4 Public Participation Session: including Suffolk County Councillor and Babergh District Councillor Reports. (15 minutes).

2.6.1 To receive a financial statement and report, including the latest position with the 2018-2019 Council budget.
2.6.2 To authorise payments as presented and to note income received.

2.7 SCC Meadow and Dis-Used Railway Line:
2.7.1 Cllr Morley to provide a progress update on land purchase.
2.7.2 To note and agree conditions of BMSDC CIL123 Offer letter for the Culvert and to sign letter on behalf of the Parish Council.

2.8. 2019 Elections: To agree dates for the Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Council (AGM).

2.9. Insurance Renewal 2019: To agree Parish Council insurance requirements for renewal by CAME & Co in June 2019.

2.10 CIL123 Bid Proposals for Round 3: To agree any Parish Council projects to be submitted.

2.11 Litter in Bus Shelter, Great Green: Cllr Webster to advise meeting of litter problem in the bus shelter.

2.12. Working Groups, Representatives to External Bodies, Officers and Portfolio-Holders:
By Exception, to receive any reports from lead members on matters which need to be brought to the attention of the Council and to take actions appropriate.
