Collection of Work

Please collect any unsold work on Monday 30th May between 4 and 6pm

Important information

Framed work should be an original work, but not a reproduction of a masterpiece, in a frame of good standard, unless the work is designed and intended to be hung un-framed (eg a box canvas) and tightly corded or wired ready for hanging. Clip frames are not acceptable. Any single work submitted should not have a selling price in excess of £500.00.

Please fix a label on the back of every item to show the title, medium, price and your name and address. This is in addition to the labels we provide for exhibition purposes for hung work, which should be completed in black pen and positioned centrally on the bottom of the picture frame, masking tape is ideal.

Depending on the size of the entry every endeavour will be made to hang all work submitted but entrants whose work exceeds 22 inches x 20 inches may be asked to submit one less painting.

Unframed Work for browsers may be original works (but not box canvases) or reproductions. A selection of work is preferable to four prints of the same picture. These should be cellophane wrapped and clearly labelled with title, medium, price and your name and indicating whether print or original.
